I found my stay at Hotel Minerva to be a mixed experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, contributing positively to my overall visit. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, notably with my first room having cleanliness issues. Additionally, the pricing for drinks was unexpectedly high, which dampened my enjoyment.

While I encountered friendly staff at times, my experience with the management was disappointing. The way they handled an unfortunate incident involving a member of my group was unprofessional. instead of showing empathy, the manager was offensive and threatening.

While the staff were friendly and helpful, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues that couldn't be ignored. I would consider the location to be one of the few positives, as it was convenient for accessing the city center. 🌆💔
